Joanna is the Practice Manager of Precision Haematology, bringing together a unique blend of clinical insight and business leadership to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.

With a Bachelor of Nursing, Joanna began her career in clinical practice, developing a strong foundation in patient care, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Her experience as a nurse continues to shape her approach to practice management, bestowing patient-first ideals to the practice to meet both the clinical and operational needs of a specialist medical environment.

Driven by a passion for healthcare operations and service improvement, Joanna went on to complete further study in Business Administration, equipping her with advanced skills in management, organisational strategy, and practice development. In 2024, she became a Certified Practice Manager, formalising her expertise in leading and optimising medical practices.

Combining clinical experience with strategic management capability, Joanna plays a key role in ensuring Precision Haematology consistently delivers safe, streamlined, and exceptional care to patients navigating complex haematological conditions.
